The Meridian Process

The Contact Phase

Your call or email is directed to us and we will chat with you to learn more about your project goals. The Design Team will review the information you’ve shared with us and the scope of your project to ensure that Meridian is the best fit for your project.

The Consultation Phase

If Meridian is a good fit, we will contact you to set up a Consultation. During this Consultation, we will come to your home to discuss your objectives, goals, and budget for the project in greater detail. We will also provide more information about our processes and procedures.

The Design Phase

In this phase, we will provide an estimate for your project, the fee for a Design Agreement will be established, and upon acceptance, the design and development phase will begin. We will meet with you over the course of the Design Agreement to establish material selections, layouts, and plans for your project.

The Construction Phase

Once you’ve approved the final plans developed under the Design Agreement, the total cost of your project will be determined and you will enter into a Construction Contract, where Meridian will bring your project plans to life. At this stage, we will begin pulling permits for your project, setting the project schedule, ordering materials, and breaking ground.
