“I needed a master bath remodel. After receiving two outrageously high estimates I asked Meridian DesignBuild to quote the job. The quote was more in line with my target but left room for me to make upgrades and still meet my budget. I was directed to various vendors to make my cabinet, granite, floor tile and fixture selections. This process was very smooth. Once selections were made and lead times were understood the project timeline was set. I had a hard stop date due to other circumstances in my life but Meridian compressed their timeline to accommodate my needs. Before the start date, the lead worker was brought to my home to meet me and survey the work area. Once the job started the workers took exceptional precautions to protect the rest of my home from the impact of the work. The lead worker kept me informed of the progress and the plan. Each afternoon I was informed of the what time the workers would arrive the next day and what they planned to accomplish. They were on the job site every day until the room was fully prepared. As the ordered equipment began to arrive I was kept informed of the schedule while Meridian coordinated the deliveries and installations. The completed project was exactly as we agreed. The workmanship was excellent. This was a 5-star performance by Meridian DesignBuild.”

Meridian and Joe Balich far exceeded my expectations! We retained Meridian to add a full bedroom/bath suite to our home. The suite would be used as an art studio most of the time so we had needs particular to that function.

Joe and his team worked with us to deliver great quality, met a very tight timeframe and was on budget! Joe was great to work with, keeping us informed, explaining options and finding the best solution at a cost that worked for us. He actually had higher standards for the work than I did!
